4. Mandatory Due Diligence (User Responsibility)

Real estate transactions involve significant financial and legal commitments.

Verification: Users and potential buyers are strictly required to conduct their own thorough investigation. You must verify all original documents, including the Lalpurja (Ownership Certificate), Blueprints, Trace Map, and Tax Clearances at the relevant Land Revenue Office (Malpot) and Survey Office (Napi) before making any payments or signing legal contracts.
No Guarantee of Title: While we facilitate the process, Hattiban Property Solutions does not provide a legal guarantee regarding the property’s title, ownership status, or freedom from encumbrances.
